Why are you asking me? Ask DF's managers! ;p
Small apps and Asian stuff in general are safe as far as I know. Uploading American/European movies, music, games and pr0n will definitely get you banned from DF in no time.
 
guys the number of DMCAs is not the factor here but the type of file you upload ! if its American movies or porn the moment they determine the type of file you are at a very high risk of getting banned . dont get your hopes up just because your receiving few DMCAs !
 
DepositFiles closed my account and I received this email:

Dear User,

We regret to inform you that your DepositFiles user account has been disabled subject to Cl. 8.2 of Depositfiles User Agreement for violation of Subclause 3.1.(i) of the User Agreement i.e. repeating copyright infringement.

If you believe the accusation to be false, please contact Depositfiles support team to resolve the issue. However be warned that the alleged copyright owners may be informed of your claims to their alleged rights, which, if untrue or misleading, will lead to legal prosecution from such copyright owners.

you can't upload a file bigger than 100mo if you don't buy premium account :)), what a joke....nobody use them, finally it's not a suprise.

All? Really? Included the copyright infringement ones?

BTW you should read the ToS before you're register to a services. Especially these:

6.1. You agree that your use of the Services shall be at your sole risk.
6.2. DepositFiles makes no warranties or representations about the Content or actions of any third party and is not responsible for:
errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of Content,
personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of Services,
any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein,
any interruption or cessation of Services,
any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through Services by any third party, and/or
any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content.

6.5. You agree to indemnify and hold DepositFiles harmless from any claim, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content submitted or available via DepositFiles, or violation of any rights of any third party in regard to Content.​

So you don't have rights against them. You don't have right against most of the services where you're sign up to.

And you don't have rights on WJunction to accuse them scam, because you will be banned without any advance warning, like me. :'(
 
I am new at depositfiles.

I miss the COPY-function to make mirror-links of uploaded files (if original links are abused).

Do they have this function?
