Depfile + Child Porn, why does no authority act or stop them?

Bumping this thread, depfile still active and playing a huge role in spreading child porn, the classical "ls content" is widely available on their servers, how can this really take place? Why are they not shut down? How hard can it be to track someone who has a paygate that processes credit cards? Blows my mind how bad the authorities are in stopping this kind of shit.

What kind of ip owner is this? How can you own a public ip range in canada and not supply a abuse email? This is the ip that depfile is running on.

That's ignorant cause you know i can't link the source.. my complaints has merit, just look at this thread, i'm not the only one who has seen the obvious connection of large amounts of CP and depfile... no other host has this problem... if they did it was fixed within a couple of months, this has been going on since 2014.

In the Netherlands, the Combating Child Pornography and Child sex tourism team prepares several investigations.
