Ticket number please? Most of the tickets are responded within 0-8 hours unless it requires special attention by our Windows specialist who works fixed hours only.

Yes, post changing the other issue servers this one has suddenly started developing issues. We are actively looking into it. This may result in a full server check and it result in down time of 6-8 hours. We will make an announcement soon.
Btw, as soon as we were made aware of the server downtime we had re-booted it and it was online. It is currently up and running post that.
Sorry but I do not understand the reason for your depression. Can you drop an e-mail to contact@dedirdp.com with your issue details so I can personally look into it? Do mention the ticket number(s) so I can track the issue completely.
