10-12 Will definitely too much i;d suggest raise price n keep quality.. these days ppl try to do encodes as quickly as release out.. imagine 6 to 8 users encoding same time or if someone using hyperthreading enabled coverter it wont be good for rest of us...

10-12 is not too much if you know our server specs. The highest memory utilization we've had until now is not even 15% of the capacity. We did try out 6 simultaneous encodings before we even launched this service, no issue was found. Also, at any given point there are not more than 5 active users on our encoding servers. Of course, if there is an issue in future we will reduce the number of users and increase the price as you suggested. Quality is of prime importance to us.
 
The numbers seems about right to me. Not every user will be using it at the same time and even then, not everybody will encode at the same time, so there should be plenty of CPU available. Many encoding utils aren't that multithreaded optimized anyway.

If performance does seems to be an issue, you can always limit for example 2-4 core per user, or impose this limit only on specific users who does lots of encodes.

Hi, is there some other way to pay?. I have no card. I'm from Argentina and I can only pay for a call via the "PAYMENT MARKET" "MERCADO PAGO". That place is here.

Hi,

Not sure I am understanding it completely. What is 'Payment Market' / 'Mercado Pago'. Sorry for asking since I do not about the payment processing scene in your country.
