Can't say much on your review, but some facts.
24 GB RAM instead of 32GB RAM - I have both servers, 24-32GB RAM, if you got a slot and you asked for transfer, did not happen, i am sorry for that.
10 Gbit Port Speed but maximum 1Gbit throughput. - Possible it goes back to 10Gbit port in short time.
The server has no RDP License (License will run out in 120 days) - Sorry but that's normal is that an issue, i guess not.
CPU is equally shared, other users use the server for encoding, so It can happen that your servers CPU is often at 99%. - If it is equally shared, you will get CPU no matter if it is 99% or not.
Admin rights for only the first 24h. - You get them every time you install apps.
Server is firewalled, so you will not be able to user a incoming port. - Not agree to this part, looks like you were using the server for something else.
The desktop and the program menu is full of programs installed by other users. - Why did you buy a shared server, cant help it.
The website dedimonster.com offers no SSL support during the order process. - Whoops, sorry but it is low margin business now.

The support is in my opinion very bad. Have never seen so bad support as before. - Looks like you signed up only to post a completely unrelated review which has half facts wrong about my services and this is why i believe paid media is crap since people come up to blame for anything or everything without even correcting the facts. And another thing - This is the thread for dedicated server not RDP SLOTS.
