Here is what i need:

INTEL Xeon X3430 (4 x 2.4Ghz)
8GB DDR3
4x4TB SATA (NO RAID)
2 x1000Mbit Port Speed
100TB Bandwidth

Our current being offered price is 70EURO. But the support is not really good. So we look out there for same price with good support service.

100TB @ 2Gbps and 16TB HDD is an expensive configuration. I sent you an offer via PM as im sure i can deliver what you need.

QuickRDP, i assume Your network uplinks are shared, not dedicated to one customer, as 2Gbps uplink price seems very cheap?

You need storage server for this so the price will be higher. I have no idea regarding your current provider but better supports = better prices.

I have some offers for you. Check the following offers -

1Gbit @ 50TB BW (Unshared)

I would prefer you go with 1Gbit Unshared port because of your budget.
