You would have to come up on your budget a bit for 100TB of bandwidth guaranteed a month on a 1Gbps ports. I would say someone could easily do it for around $205.99 a month "if" they had a flexible network and if on Linux

You probably need to be more specific in your specs. Based on your requirements, it seemed that you are setting up a download, mailing or game server. You probably need to raise your budget a lot as 100TB is as good as 300mbit of bandwidth. Bandwidth isn't cheap for DC. Just my 2cent.

Ecatel is NOT Leaseweb.
Ecatel DOES offer dedicated hosting, you've just got to contact them appropriately.
