due to having 0 time, i am forced to see this site, i have not been able to put any of the time required to keep it up to date and running.

You will NOT get the server :: But i will help you set it up on your server.

You will have the script with many features.

The script is based on WCDDLv1 but with huge improvements. The script is secured.

I will also answer questions via email if you have any while the site is in your care.

http://ddlmafia.net is a PR3 site.

The site get around 800 JS enabled users tracked by google analytics

I will be willing to make updates to the script (paid of course) if needed.

Some Features: Auto queue checker Click and let it run.
Webmaster panel fully functional just was not finished so was never offically released.

everything u see on the site comes with it.

You can run this site on a shared hosting plan, but its not recommended, most shared hosting do not allow curl.

Its currently running on a dedicated but you can easily run it on a Virtual dedicated.

You also get the database. There are a lot of hidden features i can not disclose.

You are also allowed to bid JUST on the domain. When you bid please state if u want the script + the db + the domain.

yes there is a possibility, if there is a demand for it, i can sell it to others and also make updates to the script for all the buyers, add new features etc. So everyone that has the script would have a great script.
 
@Santo, coz of the better SERP for the domain.
Its already stands at page 5 for the keyword rapidshare search, means can be taken to page 1 or 2 easily (y)

Exactly plus there are actually a lot of things being overlooked, due the the fact i have little time i am unable to play with it. But i could probably get it to top SEO keywords before the sale actually close.

There is a lot of potential and people do not seem to realize. hehe I will post an updated feature list tuesday, after my second exam.
