Today, many free downloads were not counted.
Datafile admin, take a look in tickets.
Some users can not log in their accounts because we suddenly see that our account is not activated (after 1.5 year using df, lol) and you dont even bother to reply tickets.
Please give faster support when users have problems in logging in their accounts. It is bug from your side and not our fault.

was you on ppd or pps ? if pps did you get some sales ?
it looks like its not a bug .. they start banning/stop working with some affiliates ..
I was on PPS,mate. My premium account was expiring on 15 december 2015. but almost 3 weeks ago i had asked them to extend my premium account and they did it and my premium was extended until 15 december 2016.
and the problem appeared on 16 december. i dont think it is a ban because if request a new password, i receive it on my email. this only happened to users whose premium was expiring on 15 december.
anyway, i will wait their reply. 48 hours and still no reply from them
I got reply from datafile and actually our accounts are banned, they give me this reason : "account is blocked for underage content"
i'm working with filehosts almost 9 years(rapidshare, hotfile...) , i never had problem for this and all my links are 18+, actually i share porn which is on all forums, normal porn...
you can find everywhere, many users sharing the same porn like me, nothing specific
i do not know what is the real reason for this banning many users....
Also i want to mention that they were correct about the payout, my acc was banned before 2 days but yesterday they pay me.

If you post on Forumophilia or Kitty-Kats, send me links to your profiles and I will check your content. If it all looks OK, I will see if I can persuade them remove your ban. But I make no promises.

I don't think they decrease the PPD, because many downloads are $0.0000 and are made by users non-premium.
