indeed, true amateurs...they pay (what is good) but so much unprofessional of running an website incl. downtime, stats and not even 1 word about all this officially by support.
it wouldnt make the situation better but as Datafile is checking this thread it would be an minimum of common sense and being serious to inform their worker about problems they are facing.
another disappointing point is that there was plenty of time to get rid of server problem but nothing happen.

...no way to work with such in future

If Datafile solve permanently the downtimes would be very good.

yeah its loading faster but still in Maintenance mode i hope they do add some new payment gateway + active 6 month and yearly plan.

Site is back. New Payment method option as Other Method added now.

Download stats is not working.
It's frozen in "0/0" for me.
But the users are downloading the files normal.
I can see the list of files which were downloaded.

The site is loading fast and fine!
Hope it continues always working this way! :)

Same here. The site is super fast, which is how it should always be. I had a sale and rebill but no downloads showing. Hehe.

Download stats is still not working fine yet. Sorry for wrong info.

Only the premium downloads were counted.
And the in the download list I see only the premium downloads.

The system is not counting free downloads.

Also Ticket system is not working.
I tried open new ticket but it was not sent.

Same here, I have got 38$ lastly and now it gone down to 24.60 o_O
and stats are all frozen into 0$ just like I never did anything during like 6 months.
what the fuck is going on ?
