No Sales in Datafile, I don't understand what exactly the problem is.
There are huge amount of downloads, but very low registrations and sales.

Just my guess, may b people don't trust this service???
I am not sure but we need to get to a constructive conclusion which can help us.....

You should do the math and calculate if host is earn something if they pay 70%. Processing fees are about 10% of the sale and than you have 60 cent transaction fee ( which adds another 5%) + 10% hold + hosting + salary for developers and support + dmca agent fee etc...

Problem Logging In

I am having a problem Logging in to DataFile. I have purchased a Premium Account about 24 hours ago.
I have emailed to them thru their Contact Information.
I downloaded for approx. 1 hour and then it will not let me Login.
Is there a limit on Downloads?
After emailing them it has now been 20 hours since I emailed them from my Alternate email because their server will not accept my email from my yahoo account.
If others are having this problem I can see why your sales for downloads is down.
Can anyone please help me?
