I don't think Datafile is shaving all sales, there's probably a problem with paygate so a lot of people can't buy premium at all. There's also a friggin SMS verification now. A lot of people don't like that shit.

WTF SMS verification? my sales down today.
datafile not shave new sales but shave rebills. 2 month sales of my downloaders shaved!
 
The reason problem with your rebills i think by paygate. Some my users since the month ago can be purchased premium, howerver this month their card blocked by paygate. It seems DF upgraded their security which effect capablity purchase customers.

no, a downloader shown me screenshot of his rebill yesterday. but this rebill not count in my stats.
yes, many users's card blocked by paygate.

Its not official topic, so why do you expect reply here? Datafile never was so active in wj.

Also they still reply fast to my tickets (after few hours) and they still pay.
 
after 48 hours ..

- no informations here about future of datafile

- seems no problems are solved

- earnings are small / or nothing

its a pain too see daily exploding free downloads / without earnings

files deleted - good bye

DF still reliable filehost with me, good luck to you, hope be placed with another filehost
 
SMS verification is just antifraud mesure. It has not affected conversion rate in any way.
We have No problems with card gateways.
Here are some news:

- Adding more payout methods in a few days
- More ftp servers for better upload
- Adding new local payment methods in a few days for some countries.

And maybe little more limits for guest? :whistling:Will be nice, because right now ratio in your host is very bad.

I also deleted all my files .

With 3 minutes waiting time for free users I had no other choice .

Best wishes for DataFile , but for now I really can't waste my time and money.
