datacenter that is lenient with DMCA

I need some recommendations for datacenters which are DMCA lenient. Meaning if they receive a notice they don't freak out, instead they give you time to remove the content and they dont disconnect you after xx notices. US/EU preferred.

I use ace-host.net/
They remove the content when a digitally signed complaint comes in. It cant just be some generic dmca email complaint or they will ignore it.
I created them a moderator account and when a complaint comes in they kill the thread and then let me know.
There support is great along with their uptime. Great plans as well. Been with em for 7 years now

They remove the content for me. Dont go in there with guns blazing talking about a warez site.
Its more of a turn a blind eye

I use mostly, US data centers and if there is a 'DMCA' complaint, They tell me I have 24 Hours to remove otherwise they will nullroute my IP that using the domain name.

Nullrouting is basically disabling that IP, If that domain is on the 'Shared IP' your server may appear down for common domains, but the server isn't actually off; You will still be able to access via a secondary IP; Correct the issue and the IP will be re-enabled.

Commonly, I noticed if it continues to happen they might end up fining you (never happened), terminating you (never happened) or just keep getting notices and simply respond to them.

I have learned the hard way that Germany is very pro-dmca. They actually nullrouted my ip and then told me to remove the content...how??!?!? fucking german idiots...

if you need a ecatel vps i know where you can get one very fast aswell

max package $10 20gb space and 500bw and upto on the panel and 1gb ram

they offer more bandwidth and space at a price though
