Daily back-ups is not true, i got a 1 week old back-up restored so i still got to restore myself

Our VPS plans are completely separate from our shared hosting plans. The rest of our VPS's are running fine so it has to do with your specific VPS.
Also, this is not our ticket desk. Posting a technical issue in a sales thread does nothing to get the issue solved quicker.

What do you do about DMCA compliants? Do you guys ignore them? I tend to get DMCA compliants since I run a anime website.
