In the email itself you can see that its mentioned that you can have a VPS on another server. Only the particular VPS server is being dropped.
YOu can have the same Data and OS and even the same IP for your new VPs, without even having a downtime (Well some 60 sec downtime for me to assign the old IP to your new VPS.)

I just need to copy your VHD to the new VPS, and its all done in less than a minute.


Anyways, For others, the Christmas promo is being extended until new year, as i guess most of you coudnt use it while it lasted. I guess all were out for Christmas :)
 
I like of RDP, then I will test also the plan encode...

Cant give recurring discounts.
 
why you give your skype here if you not give support on skype or anything if its just formality then plz remove i added your skype last 3 days and you not reply on there  thanks.

We cant keep skype online for 24/7.
We checked and we coudnt find any messages on the date you said you added us.

New server, New configs with Dual Processors and 128 Gb RAM will give you extra load of performance you needed.

One suggestion i would like to give, On plans/pricing page, just show how many users are left from maximum user on a particular server.

Although its a nice suggestion, i am not sure if it can be implemented in WHMCS.
I asked the tech teams a few days ago to make the page in such a way that the out of stock items go to the bottom.
I have passed the suggestion to the team, and they will discuss and check the possibility of implementing it.
