The server you took from them is a NL server, which is in europe, most of the hosts are in europe and thus will give you max speed.
The server you took from us is in Canada server which is half the way around the world, so speed will be low for the hosts in europe.

1. minimum memory usage.. 6%? 7%? or..?

i just check your basic plan price..
its cheap.
but, i want to make sure.

2. can i surf for Traffic exchange? (teslahit, otohits, and 6 other)

because, some provider, say yes, but, suddenly, my rdp disable..

Hello
There is no min/max memory usage set in RDP, its just the policy of not using it too much for 24/7.
Basically just remember its a shared server.

And NO, traffic exchange/ such softwares are not allowed in any RDP plans.
You can run them in our VPS or dedicated servers.
