i am just learning photoshop and starting cutting in photoshop..

What tool did you use? Magic wand?

Better to use something like the pen tool, much more precise

yup... magic wand tool plus some eraser...

between but is ON ONE ?

Not too bad for a beginner, the only way It would look good in a signature imo is if you use some smudging, make two layers of the baseball player, play around with smudging and layer orders and layer effects.
