Creating TV Shows Website

Hello ! I would like to create a tv-shows website but I don't know where I can find a script like watchseries,where users can add their own links, or one where I can to add my own links.
Or even an wordpress theme that supports that would be great.

Not sure if there's a pre-built script tailored to that, although in the end, it's basically just a user account system with a link database - have you considered hiring someone to do it for you?
