Creating FTP connection with FileZilla

Hi,
I've seen many tutorials on youtube and other sites about establishing ftp connecion with filezilla software but I'm getting a new error each time I connect.
Please help me how can I set-up ftp server on my laptop.

Simple instruction:

• Install FTP Server
• Configure it with the users
• Allow all connections from public IP (internet IP and not local IP)
• Open port 21 on your firewall
• Give all users permissions to upload and download
• Your set!

I always get error that password is incorrect!
