Cpu problem with vbseo

Hi

I hosted nakedforum.info in Hostmywarez sharing servers and since yesterday night i had problems with vbseo.php use %20-%23 cpu.

So what can i do to reduce it?

i tried to using httpd.conf instead of .htaccess but not works
i wanted them to install memcache or xcache (still in progress)

-need to install vb optimise?

server properties
MySQL version 5.0.87-community-log
Apache version 2.2.14
PHP version 5.2.12
