I can do that.Coded one for school project.Well it was a simple little blog(ifit is a blog).Didn't try to make it beautiful (no design at all),a simple login page,a small DB with 2 tables(users,posts),no admin area.
Umm that was 3 years ago.I think I can do better now (of course google is by my side).

I don't think its possible to do whole thing alone via HTML without mysql and php. So I cannot code.

js, you CANT code a blog in HTML alone, you need a database or at the very minimum file management. Hence, you need PHP, not HTML. But in PHP, yeah, it's pretty easy
