Unfortunately, I think the end of turbobit is not far. There has been no support for months and months, no updates for over a year, and payments are no longer like before. How can we work with a host that doesn’t even have support? It’s unheard of — even uploaded, in its final months, at least replied to messages. But here, nothing at all. I’ve been using turbobit since 2012, but now it’s no longer possible to continue. The profits go only one way, and that’s no longer acceptable.

I have been working as a partner with Turbobit for about 15 years. In the past, there were sometimes difficulties such as payment delays, but at least payments were eventually made.

However, especially in the last 6 months, payments have been coming very late and it feels like they pay whenever they want. Also, for a very long time (around 1.5 years), their support has been extremely poor, almost non-existent.

For the last 5 months, I have had five pending payment requests (a few days ago it was six). One of them was rejected for no clear reason. Since then, I have been trying to contact their administrators, but there is basically no working support system. Only an email address exists, and I have already written to them, but I honestly do not expect a reply.

At the moment, I cannot even create a new payout request because the system shows a message saying: "Contact support first, then you can request a withdrawal," due to the rejected request.

So, as the user above mentioned, it feels like they only use their partners to make money while delaying or blocking payments.

Is there anyone else here who has had their payments rejected or is experiencing similar problems?

I have the exact same issue as you. One of my payments was rejected the day before yesterday, and I can’t make any new withdrawal requests anymore. I contacted support by email, but their support has been nonexistent for months. Hopefully they fix this problem.

“Did Costaction get back to you?”

“Thanks for the reply. Did Costaction contact you (by email or any other way) after you reported the issue, or was the problem fixed automatically without any communication?
Also, how many days did the issue last?

That's what I want to know too, because for me there's no support.

"I’m jumping in because I’m facing the exact same nightmare, and it’s time to call out this total lack of professionalism.

It’s been a year since Helen left, and ever since İlker is no longer handling the Turkish market, the support here has become a complete black hole. We aren't just talking about a delay; we are talking about a total support vacuum. Even resellers can’t get a response—how is this even possible for a service of this scale?

The technical side is even worse. I’m currently stuck in a 'Deadlock Loop'. My payout was 'Rejected' by the system for no reason, and now I’m hit with this error:

'You can not make the new one payout order, while you have rejected payout orders. Please contact our support team service.'
This is a joke. You reject the payment, lock the account from making new requests, and then ignore the support tickets. You are basically holding affiliate funds hostage.

To Timur and the Management:You are choosing to ignore one of your biggest markets. Turkey has always been a powerhouse for Turbobit, but with this 'ghost town' support and broken payout system, you are committing professional suicide.

Does anyone at Turbobit even read their tickets anymore? Or is the plan just to ignore everyone until the platform completely collapses? This is scandalous and needs to be fixed immediately. Fix the 'Rejected Payout' bug and start paying your partners."

Yes, exactly as you said. One of my payment requests was rejected, and as a result I am now completely blocked from creating any new payment requests. On top of that, I still have five unpaid requests, one of them dating back to August 2025. Including the rejected one, I now have six unresolved payment requests in total.

The system clearly states that if a request is rejected, you are no longer allowed to submit new ones. This would be acceptable only if there were a real support team. But there is none. No support, no replies, no communication at all. I cannot contact anyone to have this “issue” corrected.

At this point, Turbobit has become a complete black hole. Money goes in, but nothing ever comes out. Their time is over. Even if they suddenly decided to pay me, I would never work with them again. A large amount of my earnings is still unpaid, and I have zero confidence that I will ever receive it.

After nearly 15 years of working with Turbobit, I am leaving the platform for good. Despite the fact that my files are still generating sales, they simply take the money and give nothing back to the uploaders.

You should seriously consider no longer using Turbobit.
Apparently, the operators have completely abandoned the project.

There are plenty of other good and stable file hosters available, such as:
Rapidgator.net, DDownload.com, Nitroflare.com, K2s.cc, and others.

These services are professional enough, you receive responses on a daily basis, and they provide sufficient support.
