The request for payment (BTC) made on 2025-06-26 has been completed.
Payment request (BTC) made on 2025-04-06, 2025-06-29 is still "Payment processing".
As someone wrote elsewhere, it is possible that the BTC payments ordered in March-June were suspended due to a glitch. We can only hope for the best.
In my case, if the payment amount in BTC is less than $ 500, then it was completed within a week.
Requests for payment to the card are executed within 2-3 days.

And here's an interesting observation. After opening the ticket 7 days later, its status changed to "waiting for your reply", but nothing was written there. I wrote about the problem again. After 7 days, his status changed again to "waiting for your reply." It happened twice in total. Now, after a couple of months, nothing changes in the ticket.
