i dont know why mod delete my post im not violating any rule

here we go .. i want to delete a plugin from control panel but i require ftp conection so i use the same date i use when connect to filezilla and got a error to connect , i dont use any control panel and i havent created any ftp use... how can i solv this?... thank u
