Compression and external links categorization on sxyprn

I'm a relatively new uploader on sxyprn, I'm still confused about two things mainly the compression on the video and the external links categorization.

1. Some of my videos gets compressed heavily that it became so small and the site categorizes it as external links
2. I want to avoid my post getting tagged as external links as it will not be showed on the main page of a search, thus getting lower engagements.

My questions are is the external links tagging determined by the video length/size? and how do i avoid getting my video compressed when uploading on there?

If any veteran uploader can answer my questions that would be appreciated. thanks

Update: I think I found the threshold kinda?? video must be above 1 minute and bigger than 100 mb. But the compression thing is still weird to me. If my 1080p 500 mb file got compressed to a 75 mb file what do i do then? Is there a way to bypass this compression?

Update 2: I think it just detects videos above 720p and applies a brutal compression algorithm to that video. So if you upload a video already in 720p it will still compress it but not as brutal as those in 1080p / vertical videos. in my case uploading vertical videos:

1080p 824Mb -> 720p 75 Mb
720p 256Mb -> 720p 244Mb
