Yes, I agree with the large minimum payout
If they somehow reduce this payout would be something great(I saw in the official thread that they don't control the payout minimum)

I tested Netu either, good rates but a awful player and increased my bounce rate. I only recommend Netu if you have content that your user you will want to fight with the video player to watch, they even have a Captcha system, it's a very bad thing for user experience.
