I agree that the support could have some improvements. Been a bit unlucky with a few server downtimes, mostly due to maintenance and atm there is a hw failure on the server Im located on. Speeds are just great compared to my old host. Just hope those little short downtimes/reboots are getting less. Overall Im very pleased so far...

Sir I understand your problem but if you open tickets the maintenance process will not be quicker. We monitor servers 24/7 and we also know if there is any website opening problem. You will never have the trouble to open a ticket as we already know it in advance.

Your site opens here fine. Server had 0% downtime. Apache connection failure during maintenance does not mean server was down. Server has to be up to do the maintenance.

my sites were not opening for 4 hours last nite how can you say 0% downtime? i was getting "page cannot be displayed" for constant 2 hours? are you saying im lying
to be honest your support service has been excellent in the past ive told my friends about your super service and support
But i was very upset with your service and support yesterday and now you are saying 0%downtime when i was getting page cannot be displayed 404
anyhow if its maintenance then fair enough but please can you inform us prior to maintenance next time And will it be ok now?

SIR i am not complaining i checked www.alertra.com therefore i mentioned the site is ok but this problem is caused when im uploading via ftp therefore i thought you may help to resolve this issue

You can not have more than 4 connections to ftp at a time or else you will get blocked temporarily. As the server was getting attacks everyday (lots of enemies) we had to set strict rules to the firewall. So if you hav more than 4 connections to the ftp, or for many other reasons firewall might block you temporarily. We can not delete the limits in the firewall to protect the server from Dos attacks and to make server fast 24/7

The default time out for PHP execution is 1 minute and it is used by all hosts.

2. You think we intentionally make hard drive failures? If you are not satisfied why did not you move elsewhere where you can get 100% uptime? Why do not you buy your own server and see how easy it is?

And we have 95% customer satisfaction. You will never get a better Netherlands Hosting provider.

As seen from your replies you were always threatening us (entirely our decision). As per our TOS it, once more, will suspend your account permanently.

And you did not lose your data even during drive failures as we have RAID10, I doubt if any other Netherlands Hosting Provider will use RAID10 drives. So with others you not only have downtime when hardware fails but you will also lose your data.

Im not your customer, but;

1. Get better hardware. How come Plutost has >99% uptime? Think about it, UnderHost, SolidNode, WRZHost - they all have >99% uptime. You dont. "Server wasnt phisically down" - i just wanted to slap you when you said it. Do your customers care is the server or is apache down? They dont. If the page wont load, that mean its DOWN. We are not talking about SERVER downtime, we are talking about SITE downtime. Stop with your lame excuses.

2. No I dont, but if you cant manage a server, then stop it. "Why do not you buy your own server and see how easy it is?" - who said its easy? If you cant handle it, what are you doing in hosting business? Plutost and SolidNode (and others) sure can handle it.

3. "You will never get a better Netherlands Hosting provider." - roflmao

Well there are some chances of Hardware Failure with Servers.
We had an hardware failure recently which led us to Upgrade our HDD so that it doesn't occur in the future.
The maintenance took 1.5 days to be completed :(
 
First of all the hosts you mentioned do not use a better hardware quality than us. Secondly there was a problem only in this month, else there was no server problem. And no other host uses RAID10 or 1GBPS ports.

And to check if the uptime is really bad we also provide clients 1 month free hosting.

All are branded HP or DELL servers with Seagate HDs.

And you find a good opinion to promote your hosting, here is some data which shows you have 20 times less customers than us with your so called great uptime.

So that automatically means quality? You might have more customers than us, but you have a very low uptime and everyone I know that was at ur hosting was unhappy... Sorry to break it to ya, but customer nr is not uptime mate ;)

Anyway, wont post here anymore (Hawk will infract me :P)...

Anyways heres my final word(s): My opinion about WebT was great. Good packages, great webdesign... But when I heard other users' opinions I was disappointed. + you showed that you cant manage a server. Get more staff ;)
