Collector's Account - Free Points?

Last week I created a Rapidshare Collector Account and collected 14,000+ premium points and 3,400+ free points.

I converted 8,000 points into a Premium account, so I got left 6,000+ premium points and 3,400+ free points.

What can I do with the free points? I am confused.

you can save it and get the awards when you have enough points to redeem:

umm.. you can also extend your premium accounts with the free points.
