Now the site is back online but the downloads do not work

and then another thing seen by the support not answer, but who has a premium should not have the Files never removed two to inactivity ??????

File was removed due to being inactive.

you can no longer continue like
payments stop, downloads not possible and all my members disappointed disservice, and even files deleted for inactivity
 
Support? When you fix? 3 months for fix? Daily payments? 30/01 pending...
No download, stats and affiliate prog. to fix, counting half, payments delay, totally no support.
What you want? Do you really wont continue with your host? We need stable host for us and for
our users.
