Cloudtime.To / MovShare.net paying?

Hello,

anyone knows if CloudTime.to and MovShare.net are paying? I'm pretty sure that my Videos were viewed, but my Account balance is still "0 USD" on cloudtime.
Any Ideas? There are no rules like "1 IP is only counted 3 times/day" e.g
