Our company is based in Dubai, UAE.
DMCA in UAE means nothing, we only comply with local laws.

Beware, these are real scammers!
They claim to be based in Dubai and don't respect the DMCA. Even though they were paying like crazy.
I've been with them for two years; they offer you the option to choose multiple locations for your server, but you can't choose "Amsterdam, Netherlands."
They suspend your servers without warning, and for various obscure reasons.

They already claim to receive complaints due to the DMCA, when one of their selling points is precisely that they ignore these complaints.
The servers shut down for no reason, and you try to restart them, but nothing happens.

Then you're no longer allowed to have your bank card automatically charged. You have to reload your account with a fee.
And once your account is suspended for a few days, they not only take down your servers but also block your account.
Not to mention, you can no longer recover the money you used to fund your account.

I've been with them for two years, and I've had nothing but problems, and the after-sales service is terrible. Even the chat is managed by a rotten AI, with no human presence.

I should have left them a long time ago, but unfortunately, I've always been lazy... I can only regret it.
