Added after 1 Day 8 Hours:

I get plan Plan: PCS102 from kittyy487 .
The over all perfomance is good, but there is 2 issues:
1) i have plan PCS102 which it should have a speed cap of 100mb but here is a test speed:

Thanks for your advise and we are working on the soloVM control at this moment. It is estimated that the soloVM control will be developed next month.
