Hi,
I think to develop plugin for chat with admin (WordPress site owner). Today I saw some opensource chat scripts.
But they provide limited service with free version. I think to develop android with it . So web owner can integrate app with their website.
Then website owner will get notification to their phone when client starting chat. So web owners can manage their clients in mobile phone also like whatsup app.
