I stopped using exoclick when they removed paypal as payment processor. I'm using clickadu now and my site's seo rank went up. Clickadu change their domain script monthly.
Yeah, you're right! Exoclick stops working with Paypal, unfortunately, this is my only way to get paid, I never tried Clickadu but I can offer you to try AdMaven which paid me multiple times
