they says refund in 24 hours if server not processed...

Hi, i understand You.
But you probably forgot that it is weekend. many companies do not works on weekends.

Support staff responded on time at friday.

being You i would close that ticket and submit new one with High priority asking support for estimate delivery time.
I think they will reply you on Monday and server will be available on Monday or Tuesday.

Ask them also to adjust renewal date so it is 30 days from day you got server..
