What are you promoting "mesothelioma settlements"? With a clickthrough of 29% its obviously its not real traffic and even if you have received this check, you won't get the next one.

the average its around 1-5% CTR.

Also the rules got very strict, I have been personally banned last month for using them on link protecting site, after over 1 year.
