I would say never say no hackers can get your password that's a lie look at some professional hosting provider who've have the credit card system exploited to were the hacker were able to see credit information, client address.

1. You're going to need money in order to earn money back from webhosting trust me I've spent about $200 to $400 into webhosting for almost about 2 years now.

2. You're violating your privacy policy you're now sharing clients information with third parties on this forum. I could've been a murder for an example looking for one of your clients.

3. You say you can't afford WHMCS to be honest you WHMCS has a 15 day Trial license which I would recommend you grabbing. By time the 15 day trial license is up you should be able to pay for WHMCS without no problems. You can get a cheap license at $12.95 a month from http://licensepal.com

4. Get a website instead of just using WHMCS.

7. You need your to show hours of operation when you sales and support department are online.
8. You need to list your support contact emails such as sales department, abuse department, support department emails, etc
9. You should've an uptime guarantee agreement page showing how much credits a user will get back incase of an large downtime happening.
10. You shouldn't go live until you've a website not just a billing center.

i dont see how can some1 go into hosting bussines if he cant afford licence, that doesnt seem reliable does it? he cant even write proper english and he checked for bugs in the script? and he doesnt even know how to create web template and design for his site...
i bet he doesnt even know what script language was used to program it...

and about buying license when he earns something... this was his answer:

i think i can speak for majority when i said that this is too much, there is enought reliabble hosting providers, and we really dont need some1 who wants to test his luck with our money
