i don't know why would anyone want a refund , server is awsome
but you guys should now there will be a time (when all users are using it) speeds will be a lil low .
Don't expect much for 23$ !
 
Just got a demo account.

The upload for both Hotfile and Fileserve are prefect, it can reach 50MB/S, but the upload speed for Filesonic is a little slower, it's less than 10MB/S.

I live in Australia and the speed betweent the server from me is slow, I fell laggy even I changed the colour to 256.

All in all, It's a great offer for people doing uploading and downloading in US :)
