    If you do so, please ensure your support staff is continuously available as your resellers will get tickets from clients and they will send it to you. Then they will pass it on to your support. This makes a delay for the end user and they might leave your reseller. If they don't get enough customer they can leave your plans.

    You must be powerful to do that. You have to focus on long-term partnership than many small resellers leave.
