I need a cheap dedi, 1 GB connection. I dont prefer and location.
Should be fast at extractnig and rar-ing. 1 TB HDD is all i need.
Some kind of WINDOWS should be pre-installed (trial version or activated).

Traffic is somehwere arround 10 GB/month. Cheap is about 40 USD
