Dedicated cheap Dedi with good BW for VPN

hi,
i have used many VPS for my VPN service but after some 20 / 25 clients, thair speed goes down like dead.

so need dedicated port with about 10TB bandwidth and best network speed.


here is specs.
lowest CPU.
128MB ram
5GB :P HDD
and good amount of BW with atleast 100mbps connection.
(no specific country req. )

i know its very funny, but thats my requirement.

if you are offering some VPS with genuine network speed, then i am interested.
as all VPS provider capps thair speed via solusVM for 20 or 25mbps. (and says thair node is with 1gbps)
