Shoutbox Update(s)

Most of you may have noticed (or maybe haven't) that the shoutbox has been updated. The updates aren't anything major but we thought it'd be best to inform members of the updates.

Currently, JmZ has been kind enough to make changes that do the following:

  • Users are now able to ignore members (hooray!)
    • To ignore a member - /ignore username
    • To unignore a member - /unignore username
  • The /me command has been fixed (e.g. 'abcdef /me xyz' in the chatbox shouldn't work).
  • https links are now clickable.
NOTE: If you ignore a member, it will last for 24 hours only. Don't forget to re-ignore them, if they continue to be annoying/irritating.

Other updates have been made for staff (it wouldn't be necessary to inform members of our special updates).

Personally, I'd like to say a huge thank you to JmZ, if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have such options.

By any chance, if you are still working then i would really suggest you to code up something to automatically ignore users from ignore list in the usercp which should last forever.

And what does /me command does?
 
JMZ gave special powers to Members
we can ignore ourselves XD
as no one can ignore staff, even staff themselves cant ignore them but u can ignore urself so ye thats epic win for members [trollface]

EDIT: thr is some glitch into it
You cant ignore some username with space like
/ignore sponge bob XD
I hope u make it work, JMZ :P
