Chatbox Pruning Access/Privilege

Hi,
As of now, I think Premium Members & Veteran group can also prune the chatbox other than the staff members.

I'd suggest this access/privilege to be allowed/given to only WJ Staff members and no one else.

If its embedded like how it is now, then that'd be great. If we have to open another tab to access chatbox then I think it'll be dead
