Changes Required on The Logo

You must not be only concerned about the style (or font) of your Logo.

Make it readable first and then according to the forum theme, select a font. You can also center the logo as there's a lot of space in the header at present.
 
@Jamie, saying that it sucks won't make it suck less.You should try to help him by giving him some tips.

Anyways,
First of all, the white outer glow. Don't use it. You are using white outer glow to make a dark text readable in dark background. Why not simply try white text? These drop shadows were used way back before. Of course they are still used but they are used intelligently, when you have no other option to make the text stand out a little more.
Same applies for the outer glow of main text of the logo (Maxloads)

Secondly, the green and blue ring. Your entire forum doesn't have a single tone of green and blue so that is making it extremely stand out at the same time, if its not looking good then its deterioration the entire forum's looks. It is pixelized to the core.

Lastly the twirl effect which you tried to create in the arrows is totally wrongly positioned. It should be on the blow arrow and not on its left. If you want/need any help then i can tell you the fault graphically also.

On the plus side, i like the gradient of the green and blow arrows. Go ahead and try to make different versions. Spend about 3-4 hours since its your starting. The starters and the pros spend the most amount of the time in their work so don't feel bad or anything. Just read more tutorials and i promise you that you will be achieving what you want :)
 
first of all i must its really looking nice simple and professional :)

the text part completely good but the circle nt tat attractive try to change the colur of middle text in circle and also i observed this something like blured try to fix that too

See, this is what i call an improvement. But like always, there is still scope for improvement if you are willing to do :)

Firstly, the concept of shadows/reflections. They always start from the exact pixel of the of the very bottom layer. Tomorrow morning go and observe your own shadow. try to make it like that and at the bottom try to make a transparent gradient or just erase with soft corner eraser and lower the opacity or use any other method as you like.
Secondly, people generally write their tag line BELOW the logo as the logo is utmost important also make it aligned to left of the logo/right.

Btw, i really like the stroke execution on the logo text.Rest is cool for now.. you will improve the rest with time :)

Thanks for the reply again Nitish... I dint understand the part u were trying to explain regarding the shadow :(

The tagline looks good i guess at the top, will try making it to the right now. :)
