After the problems I got with 100TBH I reached the decision not to extend my 480$ VPS. So I'm here to search for a provider who can meet my expectations, sending me a PM while you don't fit all my needs will result in a lovely report :>

So first of all we should stick to around 30$-50$ per month, this is one of the gold rule.

My needs are:

Database Server MySQL 5.0 or Higher
Web Server Apache 1.3 or Higher
PHP 5.1 or Higher
cURL or SSL enabled PHP
GD Image Library
FreeType Support
MCrypt Data Encryption Library
Register Globals disabled
Magic Quotes disabled
Zend Optimizer (PHP < 5.3) Version >=3.3.3
Zend Guard (PHP >= 5.3) Version >=5.5
Scheduled Maintenance Cron Job, Scheduled Process
Ability to bring my domain which is being hosted by GoDaddy right now at to be able to create sub-domains create emails.

Since is a vps you can install all those things, so every host can offer that.

You should ask for something managed with cpanel or directadmin

You didn't mentioned anything about the VPS specs. like RAM, CPU, Disk space etc.

If you meet yes, if you don't no. About the specs, well I'm interested to see what offers I get. I do have some spec in mind, but are not huge, I'm much more interested in all the software to be pre-installed and the contact team to easy to reach.

How much bandwidth you will need per month?

Up to 500Gb should be fine

Those are normal requirements every managed provider would do for you. The question is what location and hardware specifications you need.
