Talk to edgecast and ask them for a PAYG CDN (Pay as you go).

Costs me like $10 or so per month to deliver my JS and image files via CDN thanks to their PAYG billing model.

Yeah, contact them from the site, they'll get back to you and set you up. Make sure you ask them for Pay As You Go CDN.
