I don't know anyone in here but happened to see this thread and this post and thought I'd leave a comment. When you contract someone out to do something for you then payment is for the service rendered. If someone gets mad at you and pisses you off that does not release you from your original agreement. Judging by those screenshots and what you are saying here, it seems you never had any intention of paying the guy and are using this thread as a cop out to justify it.
