Cant Post Message On Probation Members Profile

I wanted to inquire why cant we post messages on probation members profiles, ie when i try to post as that person has his inbox full
it says

• BB code font is not allowed.

I just wrote in normal format nothing else so i am actually confused

It would be great if someone could help me understand how to fix it or maybe its a bug in your system.

On whose profile did you try posting a visitor message? Could you try again and let us know if it happens again.

I was posting a visitor message on a probationary member whom pmed me and i couldnt pm him as the inbox was full and now the issue seems to have been solved.

Ah i am facing this issue again
