Can't Login Into Cpanel

I purchased new shared hosting and when i try to login into cpanel i get this error.

"Brute Force Protection
This account is currently locked out because a brute force attempt was detected. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay. If you frequently experience this problem, we recommend having your username changed to something less generic."

However when i tried loging from my friends house everything worked perfectly. Any idea what could be the problem cuz it sucks if i can't connect from my own pc...

Your IP has been banned, send an email to the support or call them to unban your IP.

You must have entered the password incorrect too many times therefore your IP has been temporarily blocked.

You entered wrong password so many times and your server blocked you to access server. So, try to contact your host so that they can whitelist your IP.
