Can't Import from Blogger to Wordpress

I cant import my posts from my blogger blog to WP blog
Can anyone help?
I am getting this error :

well currently it is hosted on xampp local host :P
will it work when I move it to a VPS?
Was just trying installing WP
It is 1st time for me with WP :S
